XF 2.x Ads Manager 2 - Product updates

Fixed an issue with CSV export and pagination.

Fixed an issue with Image lazy load when using carousel. Fixed an issue with lazy loading when using it with banner ads. Fixed an issue with ads.txt file not updating when XF is not installed in the root directory. Fixed an issue with email ads not working when using external images. Fixed an issue with carousel settings not working as expected.

Fixed an issue with email banner ads where width is always 100%. Now it will use the ad size setting. Fixed an issue with start date when if the ad is enabled manually it will display. Fixed an issue with group discounts not being applied to ad extensions.

Added option to exports daily stats in CSV. Fixed a JS error. Fixed page criteria option "User is NOT browsing with the following style" and made it multi select.

Added user group discounts where you can create custom discounts based on user groups and packages.
Added the ability to filter ads by owner.
Added admin option to disable ads on certain pages by providing the page URL.
Added ad option to set daily view limit for ads that use packages with CPM ad cost. Can be found in ad list in the options menu of each ad.
Made a change to the promo thread sticky paid option to make it based on the cost's per day/week/month instead of a one time payment.
Added the option to unsubscribe from recurring payments.

Added 2x / retina banner image upload option. This is controlled by the new admin option "Maximum ad 2x image size". Can be disabled by setting it to 0.

Fixed an issue where Device and Geo criteria set from the package would not affect the ads if they are purchased. Now this will be work unless the advertiser has the permission to set them from the front-end.
Fixed an issue with incorrect inline style field used by ads in emails.
Fixed an issue with the carousel when using a fixed unit size.

Made some changes to "Advertiser purchase limit" to be either globally or based on user group.
GA events have been changed to ad_impression and ad_click

Added a workaround for boards who are using page caching. The admin option is called "Bypass page cache" in Ads Manager [General] and it works with the "lazy loading" feature only.
If a size is selected under "Allowed ad sizes" in package "Advertising" tab, it will be displayed in the package list for advertisers and also under the upload button in ad creation page.
Can now use html in text ad description.

MaxMind Geo criteria admin log error for unknown IPs.
404 errors for links under "Rel attribute" options on Google docs.
Deleting the image when creating a clone of a banner ad, it will delete the image from the original ad as well.
Issue with disabling email and alert notifications for promo threads.

Added package option to display ads in XF's post layout, when using thread view, conversation view or member view positions, where you can set an avatar, username and a title.
Bugs Fixed
Fixed an issue with impressions when using multiple positions with the same ad, where it only logs the last position in the page.
Disabling "User Ads Manager" for advertisers will still display "Advertise here" ads.
Fixed potential errors with statistics when expected values are false (inserted by malicious actors).
Fixed incompatibility issues with PHP 8.1

Made improvements to the export feature where banner images are now exported with the XML data as a ZIP file.
