XF 2.x Easy User Ban 2 - 2.0.3 - Improvements & Bug Fixes

Added ban count with user criteria. To view ban count you have to set the new user group permission "View ban count". The number of times a user has been banned is based on the logs of the add-on. Bans before using the add-on won't be available.
Fixed an issue with max length for ban reason.
