Added keyword page replace limit for keyword ads.

AdBlock detection code has been removed from the core JS file and added in the template to prevent breaking the detection if the main script is blocked.

Added a new position criteria option called "Thread author is the ad owner" which can be used with free packages to allow thread authors to display their own ads in their own threads.

Added option to append params if not found for affiliate link option "Replace parameters in affiliate URL".
Added Bank Transfer option to "Mark as paid" the invoice. This will send an alert notification to admin.
Fixed an issue in package list for advertisers where an incorrect variable name is causing an error.
NOTE: If you are already using XenForo 2.1, do not upgrade to this version. A new version will be released right after this one for XF 2.1.

Added a new option to affiliate link ad type that allows you to replace one or more parameters in affiliate links.
Fixed a bug where extending CPC/CPM ads not working as expected.

Added package/ad option to randomize position display. This is an option that allows you to select multiple positions and display ads randomly in one or more of the selected positions. So for example, you can select 30 positions and choose to display it randomly in only 3 at the same time.
Added new position criteria options:

• Thread is closed
• Thread is not closed
• Thread is sticky
• Thread is not sticky

Added option to set view/impression and click limit in the package for ACP ads.

Ads Manager 2.3.0 introduces a new ad type called "Promo threads" which allows you to sell threads in the forums you want.
You can allow advertisers to select a custom prefix based on the forum or set a default prefix for all.
You can also allow advertisers to opt in for sticky for an extra fee (optional). You can set a sticky forum limit and a promo thread user limit.
When a promo thread expires, you can set a forum where the thread will be moved automatically.

NOTE: This release contains important core changes and I recommend to disable the add-on before starting the upgrade process (uploading files, running the upgrade).

This release fixes a bug with the embed package feature where ad order/rotation and limit not working as expected.
This version contains some changes that could trigger some board errors during the upgrade. To prevent this, disable add-on or board before starting the upgrade process.

• Incorrect discount value when package discounts are combined with promo codes.
• Package option "Max purchase" resets to 1 when package is edited due to a JS event.
• When a pending ad is edited by the advertiser, purchase value (if package option max purchase is set) and promo code (if applied), are not set to the previously set value.
• If advertiser has the permission to use criteria and sets custom criteria, it gets overwritten when the package is saved.
• Queue processing issue with package empty slot count not updating on ad save.
• When an invoice is paid, promo code is unset from the ad, showing incorrect cost amount in ACP ad details.
• Max purchase option and promo code not displayed in the ad extend overlay.
• Google Analytics stats code issue.
• Other code issues.

Ad option "Exclude from package empty slot count" has been added as a separate checkbox row to be able to use it without having to inherit package settings. Both options will now be hidden when no package is selected.
Editing/deleting a package from ad list, will now redirect back to the ad list instead of the package list.

Cron job query error with null values.
Using affiliate link option "Hide affiliate URL" includes link parameters.

1. Stats access - Allows you to give ad statistics access to advertisers that are not registered.
2. Added impressions distribution for CPM ads. This will basically set a daily ad impression limit and will hide the ad when the limit is reached. The ad will be visible to ad creator but not to others.
3. Added "time to wait" in package list for advertisers for non CPM/CPC ads when there are no empty slots available.
4. When added to the queue, ads are now generating invoices to make sure that they are not taking queue spots for nothing.
5. Added two new positions: Above/below thread post x signature
6. Added option to disable ad email notifications via email.
7. Added a new page criteria option "User is NOT browsing with the following style".
8. CPM ads will not count impressions generated by the ad creator.
9. Added admin option to globally hide ads from certain threads.
10. When "View count method" is set to "When ad is viewed", the word "Views" will be displayed in statistics and other places and "Impressions" when option is set to "When ad is loaded".

Each widget has options for limit and order.
You can change the title of the widget from the widget options.

• Added option to redirect AdBlock users to a custom URL.
• Added options to set custom selectors for background ads when using custom styles that don't use the same classes as the default style.

• Advertiser page showing error due to a recent change.
• Xnumber flag in position criteria not recognizing number 0.

Two new ad types:
1. Popup
This ad type allows you to display popup ads in 3 ways: XenForo overlay with title and content (supports HTML and template syntax), custom popup code and popup window with custom window features.
2. Background
This ad type allows you to display a background image as an ad with clickable left and right parts of the image. If you provide multiple background images, they will rotate randomly on each page load.
Both Popup and Background ads can be controlled how often they show up and after how many seconds to display. You can even hide them after x seconds of display.
Improvements

• Added ad option to set display frequency which allows you to display ads every x hours.
• Added package option to display custom content below the ad unit.
• Added a global template (siropu_ads_manager_content_below_unit) that allows you to display custom content below any ad unit.
• Packages now also have the following ad settings: Display after x seconds, Hide after x seconds, Display every x hours (new)
• Other code improvements.

Bug fixes

• Using a package with multiple ads on dynamic positions with R flag, display each ad randomly instead of grouping them.
• Trying to pay with stripe, not working.
• Other code issues.

IMPORTANT
If you see error log messages like this: "[E_NOTICE] Undefined index: ...", edit each package (code, banner, text, link) and hit save without changing anything to update the new setting options that have been added. If you do not have a package and still see such error logs, edit each ad (code, banner, text, link) instead.

Import/Export causign an error due to a new table field that hasn't been updated.
Incorrect getter name in new ad email notification, causing an error.
Other code issues.
